Terms and Conditions for Online Sign-Up Discount Offer at Nu-Fit Physical Training Centre
- Eligibility: This offer is valid only for new members who register online for General Fitness Classes at Nu-Fit Physical Training Centre. Existing members or previous members who have had a membership within the last 12 months are not eligible for this offer.
- Discount Details: Eligible new members will receive a 15% discount on the total fee for their first three months of General Fitness Classes at Nu-Fit Physical Training Centre. After this initial period, membership will automatically continue at the standard rate of €69 per month, unless cancelled. This discount applies exclusively to the membership fee and does not cover any additional services or products.
- Registration: To avail of the discount, new members must complete the online registration process, including payment, before the offer expiry date. Members must accurately provide all required information during the registration process.
- Payment: The discounted fee is due in full at the time of online registration. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of usage of the facility or participation in scheduled classes.
- Offer Period: This discount offer is available for a limited time only. Nu-Fit Physical Training Centre reserves the right to modify, extend or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Limitations: This offer is limited to General Fitness Classes only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. It cannot be applied to other specialized classes, personal training sessions, or semi-private training sessions.
- Cancellation Policy: If a member wishes to cancel their membership after registration, the fee remains non-refundable. Any cancellation must comply with the standard cancellation policy of Nu-Fit Physical Training Centre, which requires 48hrs notice.
- Changes to Classes or Schedule: Nu-Fit Physical Training Centre reserves the right to make changes to the class schedules, instructors, or session availability. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance whenever possible.
- Acceptance of Terms: By completing the registration process and making payment, members acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
